Privacy Policy Update
Stord has updated its Privacy Policy effective April 1, 2026.
The updates reflect how we collect and use data through analytics features on merchant storefronts, including the Stord Web Pixel. These changes apply only to merchants who opt in to the Stord Web Pixel. Key changes include how we describe the collection of browsing behavior and pre-purchase events on merchant storefronts, how identity resolution works at checkout, and the retention period for merchant storefront data.

Privacy Policy Update
We have updated our Privacy Policy as of January 8, 2025.
The update was done as part of Stord's participation in the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework (DPF). Stord has certified to the U.S. Department of Commerce that it adheres to the EU-U.S. DPF Principles with regard to the processing of personal data received from the European Union in reliance on the EU-U.S. DPF and from the United Kingdom (and Gibraltar) in reliance on the UK Extension to the EU-U.S. DPF.
